اند\r\n\r\n&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;به منظور اجرای مطلوب فرایند ثبت نام توجه شما عزیزان را به موارد ذیل معطوف می&zwnj;دارد :\r\n\r\n\r\n\tاصل و کپی گواهینامه موقت دیپلم و ریزنمرات دیپلم\r\n\tاصل و کپی شناسنامه از تمام صفحات دو سری\r\n\tاصل و کپی کارت ملی یک سری\r\n\t12 قطعه عکس (4*3) پشت نویسی شده (نام ، نام خانوادگی،رشته)\r\n\tرسیدپستی تاییدیه تحصیلی دیپلم از دفاتر پستی درصورت داشتن دیپلم\r\n\tداوطلبان لازم است مدرکی که وضعیت نظام وظیفه ایشان را باتوجه به بند 3-2 مندرج در صفحات 2 دفترچه راهنمای آزمون کاردانی پیوسته نظام جدید سال &nbsp;1396 رامشخص نماید&nbsp;ارائه نمایند.\r\n\tدر صورت داشتن پایان خدمت یا معافیت دائم اصل کارت به همراه &nbsp;2 سری فتوکپی از آن.\r\n\tکارنامه قبولی دانشگاه که از سایت سازمان سنجش دریافت کرده اید&nbsp;\r\n\tآن دسته از عزیزانی که مدرک دیپلم ندارند می توانند به صورت موقت در روز های تعیین شده ثبت نام اولیه را انجام دهند و منتظر اطلاعیه های بعدی در خصوص تکمیل پرونده که از سایت اعلام خواهد شد ، باشند\r\n\r\n\r\n&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; تذکر1: دانشجویان گرامی قبل از تحویل اصل مدارک در صورت نیاز فتوکپی به تعداد لازم تهیه نمایند. استرداد مدارک پس از ثبت نام &nbsp;امکان پذیر
